Personal Data
Hi! My name is Marc Saric, I currently live in Ubstadt-Weiher near Bruchsal.
An ultra-short CV
I am a biologist with a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Bochum. During my Ph.D., I also did some computer science studies, which eventually led me to my current interest -bioinformatics.
After getting my PhD (or rather ScD to be correct) I worked as a bioinformatics computer scientist at Exelixis Deutschland GmbH, the german branch of Exelixis Inc. until they decided to close it down.
After some intermediate postdoc positions I am back in industry, doing more bioinformatics.
